Responsibilities:
? Identify, scope, and execute A/B testing experiments across different pages to improve conversion rates and overall user experience
? Work with the BI and Data team to improve our website analytics infrastructure and unlock tangible insights that help improve our overall performance as a department
? Actively work with the SEO and Front-End teams to improve the websites performance, solve any technical issues and run A/B tests to increase our rankings and conversion rates
? Manage and maintain Google Analytics and Google Tag Managers for the company and business users
? Manage the website development roadmap throughout creative, build and implementation phases to ensure high quality, on-time releases that balance user and business needs
? Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and uses web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising
? Analyze website & landing page performance, provide regular reporting and insights and find ways to improve conversion rate
? Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure effective tracking of our campaigns performance (events, UTMs, etc..)
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
? 3+ Years of relevant experience managing websites/web analytics.
? Extensive experience across the following:
? Google Tag Manager ? Google Analytics
? Experience working with at least one A/B testing tool such as but not limited to Google
Optimize, Optimizely, Unbounce or VWO
? Basic understanding JavaScript
? Excellent project management skills
