About The Commercial Team…
You’ll get to work with some of the industry innovators in our Commercial team, which will empower you to support developing market leading solutions.
Our team’s mission is to spot, develop and close new business opportunities and penetrative use cases we can exploit to deliver and delight our clients and customers within our target markets. Our team are acutely aware of key metrics regarding transactions, aggregated accounts, Fintech acquisition and bank integrations.

Roles & responsibilities:
Develop and implement a holistic sales strategy to enhance market penetration in KSA, Bahrain, and UAE.
Collaborate with senior management to align the sales objectives with the company’s business goals and ensure its successful execution.
Identify and prioritize potential market segments and business opportunities for expansion.
Team Management and Collaboration:
Build, lead and inspire a high-performing Sales, Account Management, and Sales Operations teams across all three countries.
Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring that the teams work seamlessly with the respective Country Managers and other internal departments.
Mentor and develop team members, guiding their professional growth and maximizing their potential.
Sales Execution and Oversight:
Drive the sales pipeline, ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded across all three countries.
Collaborate with the Account Management team to foster long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring high retention rates and expanded business opportunities.
Oversee the Sales Operations team to ensure processes are streamlined, efficient, and optimized for rapid growth.
Market Intelligence and Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in Open Banking and the wider financial services / Fintech sectors.
Use market intelligence to refine sales strategies and offerings, ensuring that TG remains at the cutting edge of Open Banking.
Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging the team to think creatively and push the boundaries.
Relationship Building and Networking:
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders in the Open Banking and broader financial services / Fintech ecosystem.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, ensuring a strong brand presence and network expansion.
Work in tandem with the Marketing, Product, Technology, Operational and other internal teams to ensure that sales strategies are in alignment with the overall company direction and product capabilities.
Collaborate actively with the respective Country Managers to ensure that individual country nuances are catered to and strategies are locally relevant.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly review sales performance metrics, providing insights and strategic adjustments as necessary.
Report directly to the senior leadership, providing updates on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
For this role you will need…
Depth in Fintech and Banking: Demonstrable experience in the fintech sector, ideally within the open banking ecosystem, understanding its intricacies, challenges, and potential.
Regional Insight: A proven track record of sales leadership in KSA, Bahrain, and UAE, ensuring a thorough understanding of the local market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.
Track Record of Achieving Targets: A history of consistently meeting or exceeding complex sales targets in a B2B setting.
Experience in Leading Diverse Teams: Demonstrable experience in leading and managing Sales and Account Management teams across multiple countries or regions.
Scaling Expertise: Proven experience in scaling Sales Operations in growing organizations, ideally in the fintech sector.
Go-to-Market Strategies: Experience in formulating and executing effective go-to-market strategies that have led to market penetration and growth.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers within the industry.
Client Relations: A history of fostering strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients leading to significant account growth and retention.
Interdepartmental Initiatives: Experience in collaborating effectively with Marketing, Product, Tech and Operations departments, ensuring sales strategies are holistic and encompassing.
Matrix Organization Experience: Demonstrable success in working within a matrix organizational structure, collaborating closely with Country Managers.
Data-Driven Decision Making: A history of utilizing sales analytics and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and refine sales processes.
Market Analysis: Experience in utilizing market intelligence tools and conducting thorough market analyses to identify business opportunities and threats.
Sales Process Design: Expertise in designing, implementing, and refining sales processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Technological Integration: Experience with integrating and leveraging cutting-edge sales and CRM technologies to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.
