Responsibilities:
Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients;
Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication;
Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers;
Analyze the clients’ behavior, identify their unspoken needs, prepare key customer analysis reports;
Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience.
Qualifications:
At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc.;
Client portfolio including institutional clients, High net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.;
Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges are highly advantageous;
Strong communication and written skills;
Proficient in any language within MENA or French (written and spoken)
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills;
Willing to relocate to Dubai.
