Job Summary
A Unified Communications Engineer with 4 years of experience:
The UC Project Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining contact centre software solutions. They are responsible for providing technical support and guidance to business, analysing business requirements, and developing customized solutions that meet those requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Nice CX-One software solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on the use and implementation of Nice CX-One/contact center software solutions.
Analyse business requirements and develop customized solutions that meet those requirements.
Test and troubleshoot Nice CX-One software solutions to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Able to manage big Project
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Nice CX-One software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Nice CX-One software solutions meet business needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Nice CX-One technology and incorporate those developments into solutions as appropriate
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Nice CX-One software solutions
Strong knowledge of Nice CX-One software, including Nice IEX Workforce Management, Nice Quality Management, and Nice Interaction Analytics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Having good experience in contact centre & IP telephony topology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong project management skills.
Nice Certified Administrator
