Job Purpose-
This position involves overseeing and coordinating all sales and marketing activities related to the company’s real estate developments.The potential incubment will be involved in creating comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and target market.
Key Responsibilities
Achieving Sales targets set by management.
Define and implement short and long-term Sales & Leasing strategy.
Analysis of market data and preparation of real estate reports for market demand and annual rent levels, historical data, and market comparisons.
Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the UAE & GCC real estate industry.
Building sales team department and capable to organize sales event activities
Prepare sales budgets and maintain controls to assure compliance.
Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
Tie up Agency agreements across UAE & internationally to improve Sales & Leasing.
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
Minimum Qualification
Must be a UAE National
Masters Degree in or any other professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
Bachelors Degree in Marketing
15 to 20 years experience in the relevant market out of which 6 years should be as head of sales and track record of lead the sales function and achieving substantial targets
Must have experience working with Master Developers and Construction Companies involved in development of large mixed use real Estate.
UAE Driving license is a must
