What we expect from you:
Reviewing onboarding notifications and required documents for approval across various service categories
Scheduling and co-ordinating training sessions for service partners
Arranging trainers, training facilities and equipment (outsourced and/or in-house)
Assisting with conducting training sessions or assist in the delivery of training programs
Tracking and reporting training progress, evaluation results and course completion status for service partners
Supporting pre-deployment activities (updated system profiles, distribution of tools, preparation of certificates)
Designing, preparing and ordering training aids and materials
Maintaining updated course content database and training records
Evaluating training effectiveness by analyzing data, gathering feedback from trainees and making recommendations for improvement
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
3+ years experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Administrator, Training Facilitator or similar role
Familiarity with Training Management Systems (TMS) and other training software
Highly proficient in MS Office spftware and ability to learn company information systems
Exceptional interpersonal communications with demonstrated customer service skills and attitude
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
