Ventures Onsite is currently looking to hire a Tele Sales.
Scope of work:
The primary responsibility of Tele Sales is to identify companies who would be a prospects to Ventures ONSITE, the Tele Sales will be responsible in scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team, The Tele Sales will have a target for number of meetings scheduled each month and a annual target.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure his/her targets are achieved or exceeded each month
Identify key prospects for Ventures ONSITE
Pre-qualifying sales skills
Professional communication in written form is required
Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote company’s products and services
Ensure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner
Assist Account Manager for sales and marketing activities
Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement
Qualifications :
At least 1 year in sales coordinating or pre sales role
Excellent time management
Understanding of the Construction & Energy sector
Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunities
Proven ability to achieve goal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Self-motivated to work independently, with team support, to close business
Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives
Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Handling external Clients
Achieve Sales Targets
Maintain Company Confidentiality
