We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by effectively engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new leads.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
Initiate and maintain a rapport with clients by establishing trust and understanding their needs.
Manage and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to convert leads into sales.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
Document and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes using our CRM software.
Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills through ongoing training and professional development.
You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) within Professional Services industry.
Experience within would be a strong advantage.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
