Technical Services& Maintenance Specialist
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of AI CCTV systems in public areas.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both remotely and on-site, and implement timely solutions to minimize system downtime.
Coordinate with the Technical Operations Specialist and vendors to address complex problems requiring advanced technical expertise.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and system performance metrics.
Assist in the development and execution of maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of AI CCTV systems with other organizational systems.
Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Contribute to effective asset management, including inventory management, documentation, and tracking of hardware and software components.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CCTV technology, sharing knowledge and recommendations to improve system effectiveness and security.
Collaborate with the Project Delivery Manager and Technical Operations Specialist to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
Participate in regular team meetings, providing technical expertise and insights to support project objectives.
