Your Role International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Manager to be responsible for ESCO & Digital projects in UAE. In this role you will directly report to the Head of Projects. To be a successful, you must be able to work on multidisciplinary projects and have great communication and presentation skills.
The Technical Manager is expected to lead and manage innovation projects based on domain expertise as well as being expected to have a deep knowledge and understanding of the domain.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise to internal resources and technical oversight to managers and engineers
Develop and manage technical training
Develop and manage innovation topics in line with organization goals
Understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements and project plans
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at site
Conducts oversight of scientific methodology and parameters
Energize technical teams to develops and maintain competence and credibility
Enable and enforce implementation of new technologies within the team
Participate in planning of technical projects
Implement, develop, and maintain software frameworks or tools
Build, configure, and modify computer hardware and software; integrate systems, software, and hardware for enterprise-wide application
Develop, integrate, and maintain project specific applications and APIs
Interacts with clients, interprets their needs and requirements, and representing them to the Head of Projects for possible innovation projects
Your Qualifications And Skills
A Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science or Electronics or Communications engineering.
10-15 years of experience in relevant field.
Project management experience of 2-3 years would be an advantage
Driving License.
Well versed in understanding of industry standard protocols like BACnet, Modbus, Profibus, LON, M-bus & KNX.
Well versed with market technologies from industry leading vendors
Well versed with Siemens applications is mandatory (Xworks Plus, Desigo CC & Desigo Insight)
Well versed with coding and scripting (C-shark, Python & Javascript)
Well versed or commitment to be well versed on cloud computing technology and requirements
The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
