Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a fit out company based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Technical Engineer who will be responsible for managing the planning and design stages of fit out projects
Managing drawings/documents from the Engineer.
Ensuring proper production, review, and submission of Technical Documentation according to project requirements.
Understanding and effectively communicating client requirements to the project team.
Creating shop/fabrication drawings for project execution.
Recording technical changes and variations.
Organizing meetings to clarify technical contract requirements.
Coordinating material and drawing submissions.
Overseeing As-Built Drawings and O&M Manuals preparation.
Managing technical submittal program and meeting KPIs.
Aiding Estimation & Procurement with technical aspects of tenders.
Requirements
Bachelors in Architectural Engineering/Civil Engineering.
At least 4 years of UAE experience in Civil/Fit out.
Proficiency in producing shop drawings using AutoCAD and PlanSwift.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
