Job Summary
Zurich Workplace Solutions (ZWS) is an entity from Zurich International located in the heart of the DIFCs International Financial Centre. They provide localised workplace savings solutions that offer flexibility, control and make a positive difference to long-term financial security.
ZWS are the Administrator of the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings plan (DEWS), a progressive end-of-service benefit plan introduced within the DIFC in 2020.
To support our expansion, were looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Transformation Consultant to become a pivotal part of ZWS team. Reporting to the Service delivery manager, this individual will support development and configuration of applications by understanding the requirements of customers and recommends application performance improvements to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Job Accountabilities
As a Senior Transformation Consultant, your responsibilities will encompass:
Gaining insight into processes and products and ensuring they harmonize with the goals of the department or business unit. You will also review technical design documents for business applications to verify their alignment with business requirements.
Performing quality review checks on project deliverables and making recommendations for application performance improvements.
Supporting implementation activities, and providing training as required.
Acting as a bridge between the business-side product owners, evaluating new requirements, analyzing their impact on existing functionalities, and assessing effects on upstream/downstream applications.
Evaluate the change requests and suggest design options minimizing the intrusiveness of the change while meeting the business requirements.
Liaise with the technical team and provide guidance for implementation and fixes.
Collaborate with other Zurich teams including IT, Compliance, Product and Data teams.
Analyze incidents based on the data provided and suggest options for work arounds and/or fixes.
Support Power BI Reports and Dashboard testing, run analytics on the data and making recommendations for data visualization to support the business growth.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
University education in IT or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant experience having SW engineering(coding) background and Business analysis experience.
Exposure to application design and development tools.
Strong understanding of SQL queries and procedures, Data analytics and data visualization tools
Knowledge in API integration, development, and testing
Experience in test execution and UI/UX evaluation.
Good understanding of agile methodologies
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Team collaboration skills
Effective verbal and written communications skills.
