JOB PURPOSE:
A technical Architect for ServiceNow is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions & oversee application and workflow configuration, offering industry-standard architectural solutions. The ServiceNow Technical Architect combines technical expertise, architectural guidance, and business acumen to drive practical ServiceNow implementations.

ServiceNow Business Analysis: 3+Years
10+ years overall experience in IT
Minimum Experience:
Understanding the ServiceNow platforms various modules, features, and capabilities.
Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customisation, and administration.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices, such as incident management, change management, problem management, and service catalogue management.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications, such as CRM, HR, monitoring tools, and authentication systems.
The ability to configure and customise ServiceNow ITSM modules is essential.

Strong working knowledge of Service Now technologies: Automated testing Framework, ITSM, ITOM, Event management, RPA & Orchestration, Azure Resource Management, DevOps, Virtual Agent & Portal, ServiceNow Integrations
Proficiency in developing custom applications, modules, and workflows using ServiceNow’s native development tools, such as ServiceNow Studio, ServiceNow Workflow Editor, and ServiceNow API.
Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration methodologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript, as it is the primary scripting language used in ServiceNow.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is essential for customising ServiceNow user interfaces and building Service Portal components.
Able to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages to a wide variety of stakeholders (incl. developers, data scientists, as well as senior leadership) and teach new concepts
Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends is important.
Passion for continuous learning and be adaptable to new technologies and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, business users, and development teams.
The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely is crucial.
