Requirements for the role: Experience working with Docuware
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of programming languages, web services, and databases
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Need to understand and have experience in tech stack items: API connections, SQL and web services
Can think outside of the box and know how to build workflow solutions
Tasks Within The Role Include But Not Limited To
Install and configure Docuware software according to client needs
Customize, develop, and implement workflows within the software
Provide technical support to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases
Train users on how to use the software and troubleshoot issues
Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Create and maintain documentation for the software implementation process
