About the Team
Youll be joining the smart and supportive Social Media Team that is charged with creating experiences that attract and retain new customers to OKX.
Our growing social media team drives various global brand awareness initiatives and manages product marketing initiatives to acquire and retain customers. In addition to engaging with customers through social media, the social team promotes other aspects of the business through social content.
About the Opportunity
As Sr. Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing, you’ll report into OKX Social Media Director and help us increase our global social footprint, particularly through influencers and content creator collaborations.
You’ll partner closely with Affiliate, Product Marketing, Engineering, Partnership, Content teams to create world-class influencer content. You are part project manager, part creative genius. Additionally, youlll assist with a variety of social media initiatives to grow the business and position OKX as a cultural zeitgeist.
What Youll Be Doing
Collaborate with social media team to integrate influencer marketing campaigns with broader marketing/social media efforts
Collaborate with affiliate team and KOLs on a daily basis to get content rolled out
Develop briefs for influencers to create content
Review content developed by influencers to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and strategic messaging
Develop a strong understanding of OKXs products, features and brand efforts to effectively communicate with and support influencers
Evaluate campaign ROI and efficiency metrics to identify growth opportunities
Monitor and analyze influencer marketing metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Identify new opportunities for collaborating with established influencers and come up with innovative ways to approach influencer campaigns.
Develop a community engagement strategy and engage back with influencers around the world
Generate and present reports on campaign performance
What We Look For In You
5-7 years experience in social media
Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends
Prior experience leading influencer marketing campaigns
Emotionally intelligent
Leadership qualities – be able to prioritize right and align expectations effectively
Ability and acumen to marry creativity with data
Learner mindset
Ownership mentality
Close the loop on a task before proceeding to the next one
Efficient project management
Nice to Haves
3 years of influencer marketing experience
Understanding, experience and/or interest in crypto
Photography and video editing skills
