Our client A Leading Technology company in Dubai is looking for Software Sales Executive for generating leads, developing new business relationships, and closing sales deals with prospective clients.
Position: – Software Sales Executive
Package: – 8K-10 K +Incentives
Location: – Dubai
Experience: -3+ Years of experience in HR Software Sales is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: –
Identify Potential Clients and develop new business relationship through lead generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s software products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s software solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of our enterprise software solutions to prospective clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements: –
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision -makers.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large-scale deals with enterprise-level clients.
Deep understanding of the software industry.
Experience & Qualification: –
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
