Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms.
Research industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor analysis to refine and optimize social media campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
Create captivating and visually appealing content tailored for each platform’s audience, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy.
Utilize in-app editing tools and basic design software like Photoshop, Figma, and Canva to enhance visual content.
Platform Management:
Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and engagingly.
Community Engagement and Growth:
Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, initiating conversations, and encouraging user-generated content.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand the reach and impact of social media efforts.
Social Media Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content, posting schedules, and audience targeting.
Social Media Advertising:
Create and manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach, and conversions.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
Demonstrated expertise in running social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in in-app editing features and familiarity with Photoshop, Figma, or Canva design tools.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts and ads.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience using insights to optimize performance.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and a passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handling multiple tasks and projects with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
