Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Facilitate in timely collection & processing of royalty statements
Facilitate collection of forecasts from licensees, analyse and review before sending them to the Clients
Working with Accounts Receivable to raise invoices for Licensees.
Monitoring receivables and liaising with IMG’S Credit Control and Licensing Sales teams to achieve timely collection of royalties
Preparing Client Statements in accordance with IMG’S reporting obligations per Client Representation contracts in timely manner for the Finance Manager to review and forward the statements onto Clients.
Instructing Accounts Payable (WNS) to make payment of client’s share revenue
Reconciling Bank Statement by Commission and Clients Payable on a monthly basis.
Assist with arranging commission transfers on a monthly basis.
Coding up Supplier invoices and liaising with Accounts Payable to arrange timely payment.
Update Cash Flow for Dubai office on a weekly basis.
Receive and resolve internal financial queries as well as those from licensees
Assist with month-end related tasks
Support the Finance team with Ad hoc analysis and reports
Assist with Budget/ Forecast preparation with the Sales Team
Support the Sales Team by providing each licensees financial summary per contract (MG’s, Royalties, Overages analysis)
Entering and updating deals in IMG’s CRM, and as well as Client’s CRM until Fully Execution.
