Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing financial models and conducting comprehensive financial analysis.
Evaluate clients’ capital structures and recommend appropriate financing and restructuring solutions.
Support the negotiation and implementation of financial restructurings, including debt renegotiations, equity capital raises, and asset sales.
Engage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including banks, bondholders, and other creditors.
Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare presentation materials and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to execute transaction mandates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 3 experience in investment banking, financial restructuring, or a related field.
Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and valuation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
In-depth understanding of credit agreements, capital markets, and bankruptcy processes.
CFA, ACCA, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
