Bloom World Academy is recruiting an experienced Academic Data Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will lead on the overall management of pupil data and whole school data analysis, using the school MIS management system. Analysis of data will be across the key stages, in accordance with school and external requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining detailed configuration of MIS System and Integrations
Working closely with other staff in school/ corporate information technology department to provide quality IT support to users and document systems changes
Assisting to develop applications/tools like databases, macros, templates etc. to automate workflows/processes in the schools
Monitoring and coordinating iSAMs training requests to existing staff and new joiners
Ensuring prompt follow-up for vendor payments on MIS and related application systems
Assisting in developing and enforcing operational application standard configurations, documentation, and procedures
Provide timetable support via timetable software (i.e. ASC, iSAMS)
Analyse and generate termly reports or assessment data for teachers in user-friendly concise overview (i.e. PowerBi)
Provide regular census and attendance data to admin when required
To provide support with integration of various technical/school related LMS/SMS platforms (i.e. MSP, Toddle, Managebacc desired)
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an MIS /Application /ERP Support Environment
Experience in the Education industry
Fluent in English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with staff in a diverse multi-cultural environment
Demonstrate professionalism, commitment and integrity
Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible and outgoing
