Effectively lead and communicate with team to ensure goals and targets are achieved consistently.
Manage, monitor, motivate and lead team.
Engage and manage Clients and key accounts.
Motivate, recruit, hire to enhance sales team.
To analyse and review sales data and make actionable decisions based on them to set sales goals.
Conduct in-depth research of the market and customers to identify prospects and partnerships.
Preference will be given to candidate with a direct sales background and experience in real estate, life insurance, banking.
