We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our medical, commercial, and general insurance business. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to expand our medical, commercial, and general insurance business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with potential clients and partners
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless customer experience
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of medical, commercial, and general insurance products and services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
