Job Title: Group Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Overview: The Group Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategies across multiple business units. This role involves leading a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. The Manager will oversee the development of marketing campaigns and promotions, the creation of marketing materials, the management of advertising and public relations efforts, and the coordination of sales activities.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies for each business unit and oversee the implementation of these strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and developing tactics to improve sales performance.

Team Management: Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team’s success. This involves setting team goals, tracking progress, and developing training programs to enhance team performance.
Campaign Development: Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels, including email, social media, and print media. This involves developing creative concepts, managing budgets, and coordinating with external vendors.
Marketing Materials Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations. This involves managing the design process, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring materials are aligned with brand guidelines.
Advertising and Public Relations Management: Oversee the management of advertising and public relations efforts, including media planning and buying, press releases, and media relations. This involves developing creative concepts, managing budgets, and coordinating with external vendors.
Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities across multiple business units, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer relationship management. This involves working closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, manage leads, and close deals.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management. This involves tracking key performance indicators, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a group or multi-business unit environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make data-driven decisions.
Experience with marketing campaign development, including creative concepting and budget management.
Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
