Main Activities And Responsibilities
Be responsible for the development of Wholesale and Retail business in the relevant territory and guarantee that sales, distribution and marketing of DG-Casa are in line with the brand strategy.
Ensure that sales, distribution, and marketing of the brand are optimized in relation to the potential of the market.
Be responsible for the preparation and coordination of sales and marketing plans and sales budget as the foundation of the Regional business plan. After the approval of the Regional business plan, the related budget and action plan, ensure its implementation and follow-up in the Region.
Manage the development of the sales organization, both for internal and external sales employees.
Guarantee that Policies and Instructions are maintained and followed.
Update and ensure customer data information are maintained within CRM and BI. Additionally, develop and improve the local sales and management reporting systems.
Evaluate and implement a logistic plan to ensure that the relevant goods are available in the local market on the right expected time.
Build strong working relationships with HQ and Regional functions.
Perform other duties as required.
Key Requirements & Competencies
Relevant working experience (+10 years) in a similar role within luxury industry
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Exceptional organisational, negotiation and attention to details skills
Ability to multitask and work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Great time management
