Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales of paper bag and Kraft bag products. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Identify new markets and opportunities for product sales
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends
Ensure sales targets are met
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues
Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding product performance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the paper bag and kraft bag products

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven successful track record in sales
Knowledge of paper bag and Kraft bag products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary AED 10K-11K all in + standard benefits
