We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Corporate) to join our team in Dubai. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in dealing with C-level executives and HR heads, and a deep understanding of employee engagement and wellness solutions.

Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and HR heads, in target organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the unique value proposition of our engagement and wellness solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to the management team.
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7-8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the employee engagement or wellness industry.
Proven success in selling to C-level executives and HR heads, with a strong network in the Dubai market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Strategic mindset and a consultative selling approach, with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Knowledge of employee engagement and wellness programs, including the latest trends and best practices.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive for results.
Leadership abilities and experience in managing a sales team.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
