Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a system-based turnkey solutions company in Dubai, UAE. The client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join the Power Division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining robust relationships, and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue and profitability. Other Responsibilities are
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Create and manage a comprehensive sales forecast, budget, and pipeline.
Identify and onboard channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with tools, training, and support to effectively promote and sell UPS systems.
Monitor and assess partner performance, track sales metrics, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Foster relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Tailor UPS solutions to meet specific customers requirements.
Maintain a deep understanding of UPS systems, including technical specifications and adherence to industry standards.
Provide technical support to sales and channel partners during both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies and product differentiation.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in sales, with a focus on the power industry.
Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power electronics, and related technologies.
Demonstrated experience in channel partner management and a solid understanding of channel business models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
