Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Salesforce Developer Certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
Customize and configure Salesforce features, including but not limited to: workflows, process builder, custom objects, and validation rules.
Integration and Data Management:
Integrate Salesforce with other systems, both internal and external, to facilitate data exchange and maintain data integrity.
Implement and manage data migration strategies between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, providing technical expertise and guidance.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
Optimization and Maintenance:
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements, making recommendations for enhancements.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data security.
