Responsibilities
Acquiring new business & following the complete sales cycle for new and existing customers .
Prospecting, generating leads, meetings, requirement gathering, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation & closure of lead.
Experienced, actively & effectively using CRM system. (SalesForce/ Delphi360)
Increase market share globally and exceed set business objectives.
Create & articulate value propositions around hospitality services.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Majorly focused on International & Intra-region business under all segments (Corp, leisure, MICE, Luxury Sales
Experience
Have a proven track record (min 2 years) in Luxury Hotels in the GCC, ideally in a Global Sales environment
Have a strong and established sales network, especially in Corporate, Leisure and MICE markets
Be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work within a team achieve results
