About Our Client
The client is a market leader in the Dairy & Fresh Foods Industry
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell the company’s range of products
Create awareness of the company’s functional products among consumers with a high standard of living, positioning them as desirable and beneficial choices.
Launch and ensure availability of company products in the UAE and Oman markets, working closely with distribution networks and retail partners.
Analyze customer profitability, route profitability, and product profitability to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers to optimize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
8 – 10 years of Sales experience within the FMCG Industry
Experience in Fresh Foods / Perishables, Short Shelf life products is mandatory
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of the dairy and fresh food industry, including knowledge of consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
