With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Sales/Account Manager with a Western European background to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional service.
We are looking for an experienced Sales/Account Manager with a strong background in HR software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by providing tailored HR software solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities: **
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
2. **Account Growth:**
Understand each client’s unique HR software needs and business objectives.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
3. **New Business Development:**
Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our HR software solutions.
4. **Solution Customization:**
Collaborate with the product development and implementation teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements.
Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of HR software solutions for clients.
5. **Client Satisfaction:**
Proactively address client concerns and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Gather feedback and provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
6. **Sales Strategy:**
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns.
7. **Sales Reporting:**
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue projections using CRM tools.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales and account management within the HR software solutions industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR software and HR processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Western European background with eligibility to work in the specified location.
