Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive attitude and outgoing personality
Basic math and computer skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner
Providing product knowledge and recommending suitable items to customers
Achieving sales targets by promoting and upselling products
Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions accurately
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Ensuring adequate stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed
Participating in store merchandising and promotional activities
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Updating customer information in the store’s CRM system
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the store
Collaborating with other team members to achieve store goals and targets
Providing feedback to the Store Manager on customer trends, product demand, and areas for improvement
