Key Responsibilities
Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the new luxury and therefore deliver FIVE-style service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation – all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!
Support the smooth running of the department, where all aspects of the guests Food & Beverage service experience are considered FIVE-star all the way!
Supervise all service personnel
Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of all F&B issues as they arise
Organize all documentation for shift work on a daily basis including pre-shift reports, daily training topics, shift floor plan, requisitions for beverage, food and sundries and manage personnel on a daily basis through the time management system
Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service through ongoing and recurrent training systems according with the manager requisition and deadlines
Monitor and test service skills of staff, retrain and reinforce all standards on food and quality and service details daily. Provide feedback and appraisals, as necessary
Ensure compliance with venue SOPs
Ensure effective communications between each shift
Supervise the service area in order to attract, retain, and motivate every employee
Ensure optimal level of hospitality are provided to guests
Regularly review house counts, forecast and VIP list while maintaining the confidentiality of the Group and its guests
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the amenity set-up and delivery
Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations
Ensure all staff are meeting all established FIVE standards of service
Assist in the development of marketing initiatives, menu items, and other items to stimulate growth in sales for each outlet and keep abreast of the variety of up-to-the-minute market developments
Be aware of and assist in controlling current budgeted and forecasted revenues, payroll, and all relevant product costs
Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and courteous manner
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the FIVE Standards, as required by dynamic scheduling
Prepare and submit required reports in a judicious manner

What Were Looking For

Previous Restaurant Supervisor experience of 2-3 years is a plus
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
