Summary:
The Health Reinsurance Senior Officer is responsible to support in various reinsurance arrangements to support business growth. The incumbent will be responsible to evaluate reinsurance contracts and highlight any inconsistencies in the terms and conditions to align as per company policy.
Main Tasks:
Prepares new reinsurance contracts for potential and confirmed clients.
Prepares a comparison sheet listing the similarities and differences between cedents.
Follows up on all the requested signed treaty documents between the cedents, AWP Dubai and AWP Head Office (Paris and Dublin).
Prepares and monitors contracts for signature (treaties, slips, PNOCs, NDAs, brokers agreements,..)
Ensures and improves strong customer satisfaction to maintain long-term relationships.
Coordinates with the Underwriting team on all late referrals and project priorities.
Performs monthly bordereau to all clients with all booked business for confirmation in order to avoid account discrepancy with the Production/Finance team.
Liaise with the Finance team and follow up closely with clients/brokers on premium receivables
Prepares monthly reports showing all the business consideration cases.
Maintain a detailed record of the business pipeline and closing ratios for Treaties and jumbo/strategic accounts
Monitors the Underwriting TAT based on the quotation register sheet in order to anticipate any potential complaint and solve it before it occurs.
Organizes and participates in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
Prepares minutes of meeting and follows up on action items
Proactively identifies and highlights any pain points related to the day-to-day job and suggests solutions
Prepares slides/dashboards on a regular or ad-hoc basis for business overview

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree; Legal or Insurance background preferred.
3+ years relevant experience.
Physically fit to carry out duties.
Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
