Provide a full range of technical advisory services, including intechnical support for sales.
Organize the units current work and targets implementation, provide for responsible performance and conformity with ethical principles of IMI WAY.
Provide technical support to customers in design phase, proposing solutions to arising application demands to fulfil customer needs, and work with project designers/consultants to incorporate IMI product general technical specifications in the project design / tender documents and vendor list.
Make technical proposals on customers project and actively contribute transition from projects to orders.
As member of the Hydronic College for ME, provide colleagues with technical coaching and the relevant expertise for appropriate system solutions and product know-how.
Be responsible for the Hydronic Training Centre facility in Dubai to offer hands on training to stakeholders and also be responsible in terms of utilization, maintenance, and repairs.
Provide technical support to assist with problems encountered on installed products, propose solutions and suggest improvements.
Be in close contact with IMI HE R&D teams to feedback experiences for continuous improvement.
Liaise with IMI Engineering Support Centre (ESC) to review proposal on hydronic technical solutions and discuss same with the stakeholders.
Keep a constant technological watch to propose pertinent and innovative evolutions.
Assists installation companies in commissioning, balancing works, troubleshooting and repairs.
Coordinate communication between technical department and other company departments.
Represent the company at trade meetings to promote products and take part in organization of exhibitions, presentations, seminars, trainings and other advertising events.
Travel to visit & support end user customers.
Train sales staff, customer service staff on product range.
Hold responsibility for developing new customer base and strengthening of existing ties.
Meet with key clients, thereby helping to maintain relations, negotiate and close deals. Support sales team in negotiations on technical issues.
Take part in formation of sales market, demand development.
Input customer and project activities and intelligence regularly using CRM and Salesforce.
Hold responsibility for achieving revenue and gross margin for assigned region. Monitoring and direct sales of technical solutions, equipment and services.
Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts for assigned region to identify and produce a steady pipeline of project opportunities.
Hold responsibility for budget management, including all department costs in accordance with administrative expenses plan.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Mechanical, Building Management Systems (BMS) or HVAC Engineering.
Experience in HVAC field of min 5-10 years.
Familiarity in HVAC design/re-design and preferably with basic knowledge in AutoCAD.
Preferably with field experience in HVAC balancing, commissioning, and installation.
Basic knowledge of electrical connections, low voltage circuits, actuators, PLCs, etc.
Qualified enough to provide technical support for a wide range of products.
Good communication skills and professional skills to build excellent relationships with customers.
