Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team in the future.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments.
Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
Provide insights to senior management on market dynamics and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.
Present findings to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the pharmaceutical or diagnostic laboratory industry.
Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within the UAE as required.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
