USD $88,000 – $110,000 base salary

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity as Regional Marketing Manager to join the Middle East, Africa & India (MEAI) Leadership team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will be responsible for the delivery of brand strategy and marketing execution across all markets within the MEAI region. The focus for the MEAI region is to develop & grow Edrington brands in 9 key markets – UAE, Nigeria, India, Turkiye, Israel, South Africa, Indian Ocean Luxury Resorts (Mauritius, Seychelles & Maldives), Kenya & Cyprus through strategic planning & excellence in execution.
The Regional Marketing Manager will have 6 direct reports as well as leading the overall marketing function comprising of a team of 30 (including the Education Team). This role will also be instrumental in influencing a variety of third-party stakeholders to deliver marketing excellence in execution across the region.
Job Description
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
Ownership of the overall MEAI marketing budget which includes direct Brand Investment across the region & ensuring the delivery of high impact marketing plans for the full Edrington portfolio in line with local grown plans
An integral part of the MEAI leadership team providing input into regional strategy, future planning & strategic projects to grow the business
Delivery of key marketing targets & KPIs and jointly accountable for the delivery of the total MEAI budget
Leading the team through the Annual Growth Planning process
Communicating and ensuring a depth of understanding of key strategic updates from global brand teams; ensuring consistency of brand strategy & messaging across the region/portfolio
Leading the Marketing Excellence strategic enabler with the vision to become a globally recognised, high performing marketing team & building team capabilities (in line with the global Marketing Skills Framework) ensuring development plans in place relating to these skills
Working closely with the marketing team to support large scale marketing projects across the region
Champion brand health tracking and co-ordinate all insights across the region
Skills And Experience
To be successful in this role you will have significant marketing leadership experience ideally across global, regional and/or market roles. A strategic thinker with excellent planning, organisational and project management skills & the ability to challenge the status quo, simplify and improve ways of working. You will have the ability to build strong working relationships especially in a cross-cultural environment (and remotely) with excellent inter-personal skills to Influence, Inspire, Engage & Encourage collaboration. Other desirable skills include experience specifically in emerging markets across Middle East, Africa & India within super premium or luxury goods and a preference for spirits industry experience.
