Duties & Responsibilities
Analyse internal and external business and industry trends and prepare, forecasts, statistics and salary reports associated with recruitment
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
In charge of full recruitment cycle for all departments and grades within the organisation including senior management: creating Job Descriptions, advertising roles on various platforms (i.e., LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, Bayt, Indeed), conducting screening calls and interviews
Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine staffing requirements and candidate selection criteria
Train and advise Hiring Managers on best interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Ongoingly analyse, and re-evaluate current recruitment practices (i.e., candidate assessment and selection process, onboarding, probation), design and propose improvements and provide solutions when needed
Proactively explore unorthodox recruitment methods and channels (i.e., social media, property portals, chat applications, Google, etc.)
Be responsible for a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication, respectful attitude, and professional execution of each recruitment stage ultimately boosting employment branding
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., hiring and salary trackers, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire)
Ongoingly expand own professional network and foster long-term relationships with applicants and other stakeholders to ensure a richer diversity of candidate pipeline, increased response rate and better employment branding
Requirements
At least 3 years of recruitment experience
At least 1 year in real estate recruitment
At least 2 years on UAE work experience
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Bayt, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Experience with 360 recruitment cycle, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company including Senior Management
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
