The Role
Responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
Responsible for providing the candidate with fundamental information about the role and requesting all initial contact information in return.
Accountable for posting employment advertisements for vacant positions
Handle all client communications with the candidate throughout the screening procedure.
Responsible for communicating to candidates the correct T&Cs and JD.
Scheduling candidate interviews in accordance with the recruitment process.
Responsible for maintaining an exhaustive database of candidates.
Participate proactively with the senior recruiter in the research and evaluation of new sourcing and research ideas and techniques in order to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
Engage in regular networking with candidates to regularly update the database per industry.
Provide a number of credentials for the Business Development team’s immediate use in tender submissions.
Formatting resumes of candidates according to company standards.
Responsible for maintaining and adhering to KPIs in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and IT-competent.
Minimum of three to five years of Recruitment (Bulk) experience with a solid understanding of recruitment techniques and sources, preferably with a strong background in the Oil & Gas/Nuclear industry.
Technical recruitment is an advantage.
Highly competent in English
