Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
High school diploma or general education degree required.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Professional and personal presentation
Knowledge of administrative and clerical work
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls, take and relay messages.
Greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination.
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
Deal with queries from the public and customers.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
