We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyors (PMC/ PMO) to join our UAE team.
Key Requirements
Commercial Contract Administration and Change management
Interim valuations and payment certificates
Variations analysis and recommendations, Contractors claims
Performing risk and value management and cost control functions
Undertaking costs analysis project work, prepare estimates of variation works.
Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
Preparation of cost report and monitor the cash flow.
Reporting to Client Representative on all commercial issues
Client facing and involvement in commercial meetings
Managing workload with minimal supervision
Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
Experiences And Qualifications
Must have previous experience of FIDIC contracts
Must have Hotels and Hospitality experience.
Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university
Min 5 years post-contract experience
Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 2 years
Knowledge in the use of QS software or similar is required
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Team and /or independent worker
Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

Co-ordinate and work with the wider Faithful+Gould business.
Retain and own close contact with client individuals.
