To implement the quality assurance processes by measuring the drivers performance and by evaluation of the institutes to ensure the performance is as per the set standards.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Gain access to the required system in the organization to extract the information of the drivers performance measures including the fines and violations, accidents, traffic fines.
To analyze the performance of the drivers for buses, taxi and limousine as per the policies and processes and identify the bad performing drivers.
Assign corrective actions based on the performance measurement results to the respective departments, franchise companies and training section.
Collaborate with the training institutes for the implementation of the corrective actions related to the efficiency of the trainers.
To inspect the training institute to ensure they are following the department policies and observe and report any findings periodically.
To implement such tools and techniques of quality assurance and performance management practices to improve the results.
To have a sound knowledge of big data, data visualizations, gamification concepts in the transport sector.
Ensure the approved performance metrics are measures as required and reported to the required stakeholders.
Ensure the corrective actions are implemented by the concerned stakeholder to improve the performance and quality of drivers.
Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized University.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a large and active service organization.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
