KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The PM will be responsible for the day to day project and client management for multi- discipline architectural and engineering design services for buildings and facilities projects and teams from the initial planning through construction phase
Coordinate work efforts and review work performed in all phases of the project from design to final occupancy
Assisting in store design including prototypes, dot versions (major revision, or a batch of revisions), and unique site specific stores
Participating in post-construction walkthroughs of new stores, documenting and following up on design-related issues
Prepare and present design proposals and counterproposals with support documents to the dealer and their architect/engineer/builder
Critique architect/engineer/builders design proposals and site plan surveys
Design , organize and maintain Corporate records of each retail facility project
Assist with the investigation and preparation of due diligence reports (PSA, FSA, ) for sites and locations under consideration
Work with the project Principal-in-Charge throughout all phases of the project to obtain client satisfaction and financial project performance
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
10 years full time paid professional experience managing the design coordination, the planning and scheduling activities of major projects
Ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders
Experience managing multiple vertical projects for a large client program preferred
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
