Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives, scope, and specifications.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and present them to stakeholders for approval.
Monitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.
Coordinate and supervise all project activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Implement and enforce safety and quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Handle any changes or issues that arise during the construction process, making necessary adjustments to maintain project success.
Communicate project status and updates to clients, management, and project teams.
Resolve conflicts and issues that may impact project progress, implementing effective solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify work is in compliance with project plans and specifications.
Ensure the efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Prepare and submit project reports, including financial reports, to company management.
Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Arab National holding Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
Proven 10 years experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Excellent knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
