WHAT YOU WILL DO
Define and manage the end-to-end project plan for the business, including managing the cross-functional process from receiving a customer order through to order fulfilment
Ensure there is a structured project plan that accurately captures all required tasks and timelines, covering both Juxta team responsibilities as well as 3rd party suppliers and customers
Identify, monitor, and proactively manage dependencies, risks and issues associated with the project
Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to deliver to the plan from both Juxta team and 3rd parties. Ensure everyone understands the plan and their role within it
Track and report on the delivery of the project plan
Build strong relationships with Juxta team members, suppliers and retailers and co-ordinate their activities to ensure they deliver on time and to required standards
Set up appropriate governance structures to support delivery of the plan and timely resolution of risks / issues
Track budgets/spend and raise POs/invoices as required to enable delivery of the plan
Who You Are
Early in your career to mid-level with about 4-8 years experience in project management
A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple teams / 3rd parties and both technology and business components
Excellent stakeholder management skills including negotiation and conflict management
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Critical thinker with strong problem management skills
Strong planning and analysis skills
High levels of drive and tenacity
Proficient in Microsoft applications, experience with project management software an advantage
Project management qualification an advantage but not essential
Currently located in or will be relocating to: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or Texas
