Responsibilities:
Manage the support services team responsible for handling tickets and resolving issues related to Oracle Fusion ERP.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report status updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to team members.
Ensure timely completion of support tasks and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software/application support domain.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP/Equivalent Certification is a must.
