Responsibilities:
Manage the projects scope, time, cost, resources, quality, issues and risks.
Plan, negotiate and allocate the required resources, track their efforts and timesheets and motivate the project team to achieve deadlines.
Communicate timely projects status to top management through project steering committees and review meetings.
Apply the project change management tools and techniques to manage the changes in scope, time and cost.
Utilize the offshore / onshore model to deliver the overall solution.
Manage the rollout of the solution to different locations (if applicable).
Comply with FTA internal and external policies processes, procedures and guidelines.

Eligibility:
10+ Years of experience in the field of Project Management
Bilingual (Arabic / English) communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Have experience in Project Management Methodologies, Policies, Processes and Procedures.
Team management skills
Manage the project constraints of Scope, time and Cost.
Work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
Strong stakeholders management.
Project Management certification like PMP, Scrum, Prince 2, etc.
Comply with FTA internal and external policies processes, procedures and guidelines.
