US law firm lookig for a Project Development Lawyer to join their Team.

? You must be 2 PQE and above.
?You must be qualified in the UK, USA or France
?Ideally, you would be based in the UAE or have previous working experience in the Middle East, but international lawyers looking to relocate would be considered as well.
?You must have experience working at an international law firm within a Project Development department.
?Excellent academics
?You would have experience advising sponsors and developers on project development and/or project finance matters in a variety of sectors including energy, renewables, infrastructure, transportation, and oil & gas. Thorough knowledge of standard form agreements and PPP structures.
