About the job
The Project Administrator is responsible for the supporting the project management team throughout the full project management cycle, from pitch to project delivery and post-event reporting and reconciliation.
Specifically, the Project Administrator would:
Track our incoming projects, ensuring we receive new briefs, review them and respond to them in line with published deadlines.
Prepare all necessary supporting documents for each project, ensuring they are signed and ready to submit on time.
Manage client web portals, identifying new opportunities and submitting required documents.
Ensure our project management system is kept up to date.
Create and manage project folders, ensuring information is stored in the correct place and regularly updated.
Assist with archiving old information.
Prepare reports for members of the management team.
Carry out other tasks as reasonably requested.
Requirements
About you
You should be:
Professional, independent and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.
Able to work to tight deadlines and to prioritise tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
As a minimum, you should have:
3+ yearÂ’s office administrator experience.
Previous experience in the Middle East.
Fluent written and spoken English.
