The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join the energetic launch team of a newly formed crypto venture. The product offering will include a crypto exchange, staking and advanced yield offerings, a lending offering and operating the platform’s own coin. The Product Manager will be part of the core management team and report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Responsibilities:

Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and user value.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and performance of the product.
Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on the product based on insights and data-driven decision-making.
Define core and value-added service features for different customer groups (retail and institutional).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and analysts to define features, functionalities, and user stories that address user needs and align with the product strategy.
Participate in defining UI/UX requirements to ensure competitiveness.
Liaise with other product teams, compliance, finance, and engineering.
Build and maintain a highly performing team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, or crypto space.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading, and investment strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward a common goal.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
